The time frame to bring in a domestic helper from overseas is 6-8 weeks. It is important to interview the domestic helpers and explaining to them your requirement before confirming them. We provide 1 replacement free from Agency fees within 6 months when you hire a domestic helper from us.
- Hiring a Transfer Helpers
The time frame for a transfer helper to start depends on when her current employer is willing to release her. If she is available to start as soon as possible, the processing time only takes about a week. The cost of taking a transfer helper is lower than hiring a helper from overseas. We provide 1 replacement free from Agency fees within 6 months when you hire a domestic helper from us.
- Direct Hiring a Helper from Overseas
For Direct Hiring, there is no replacement or refund of the placement fees due to the lower agency fees provided.

2. Renewal
- Renewal of work permit
We can assist you with the renewal of work permit for your domestic helper. Renewal period can be for 1 or 2 years. The processing time for renewal is within 1-2 weeks.
- Passport renewal
We can assist you with the renewal of Passport. Passport extension is usually for a period of 5 to 10 years.
3. Repatriation back to home country
We understand due to your busy schedule, you might not have the time to repatriate back your helper. Thus we can assist you with the process. The process includes purchasing of air ticket, arrangement of medical check up, arrangement of pick up from home to airport and also the cancellation of work permit.

4. Additional Services

- Arrangement of SIP
We can assist you in arranging the booking for the Settling In Programme (SIP) for new domestic helpers.
- Arrangement of Thumbprint
We can assist you in arranging the booking for the thumbprint process to MoM. Our runner will pick up your helper from home and return her back to you once the process in completed.
- Embassy endorsement
We can assist you with any embassy endorsement if required.
- Purchasing insurance and banker’s guarantee
We can assist you with the purchasing of insurance and banker’s guarantee for your domestic helper.
- Arrangement of medical check up
We can assist you with the 6 monthly medical check up or any medical check up for your domestic helper.
